Work-life balance (WLB) is one of the burning issues in the business arena to ensure the sustainable, steady performance of the organizations. Work-life balance influences employee turnover and turnover intentions, which are indicators of employees’ job satisfaction. In this rapidly growing world, most business sectors are now dominated by giant Multinational Corporations; hence, it is very challenging for organizations to compete without satisfied, motivated employees. This study aims to examine the impact of work-life balance on employee turnover and turnover intentions among multinational corporations operating in Bangladesh. The research is based on primary data collected from multinational corporations across industries such as telecom, tobacco, fashion, and consumer goods. To test the hypotheses, statistical tools such as the one-sample t-test, ANOVA, and correlation were used on survey data. Linear regression analysis was conducted to develop a model to assess the impact of various dependent variables on the independent variable. The survey analysis found that poor work-life balance leads to higher employee turnover and turnover intentions, and that a proper work-life balance among employees positively affects organizational performance.
