Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between work-life balance policies (flexible work policies, welfare policies, and leave provisions) and workers’ performance practiced by ready-made garments (RMG) industries in Bangladesh, where job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 218 workers employed in the ready-made garments industry in Savar, Bangladesh. A structured questionnaire was circulated for face-to-face data collection. A two-step analytical approach was applied.
